Our Story
In 1987, Enzo Russo left Naples with nothing but a worn recipe book, a dream, and a deep love for pizza. He opened a small shop on the corner of Vine Street — and never looked back.
Today, his grandchildren carry on that tradition with the same wood-fired oven, the same San Marzano tomatoes, and the same relentless obsession with getting it right.
